Shipping Policies

Shipping your items safely is our number one concern. Therefore GrandView Mercantile and ReVue will help you arrange shipping thru a company that will best serve your needs. Fees for shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on destination, value and size of the item(s) shipped and the mode in which it is carried.

Many of our online catalog items provide links to get instant shipping quotes. For large items or pieces that could require special handling please email or call and we will help you get the quotes necessary to meet your requirements. If satisfactory shipping quotes cannot be found within 2 business days of placing your order, then your pending sale would be voided and your credit card would not be charged. All shipping must include insurance that covers the full value of the sale price and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

All sold items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If arrangements need to be made to accommodate a special circumstance, please contact one of our Web Sales Consultants by phone or email and they will be happy to help.

OUR ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. However, antiques and previously owned items are seldom perfect. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email or call with your questions before placing your order. We will be happy to send additional detailed photos.

In the rare occasion where you feel you must return an item, you must contact us via email within 3 days of receipt. You will receive an acknowledgement of your return request which will include instructions for the return. Any item(s) returned must be returned via the original carrier, must include insurance that covers the purchase price and a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Items that are being returned must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our confirmation of your request for return. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) within three (3) days if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned. This fee will be waived in the event that we inadvertently misrepresented an item.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If, despite the efforts of your shipper, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order including all contents and all original packing material. Please do not return items damaged in shipment as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Grandview Mercantile and Revue will provide any necessary paperwork to help you with your claim.

Privacy Pledge

GrandView Mercantile and ReVue are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. When you visit our online shop, our web site automatically recognizes your internet provider. When you make a purchase online, in addition to your order information, we collect your e-mail address and information on what pages are accessed at our site. We do this in order to better serve you by providing the type of information and items you find most useful and interesting. We also collect the information you volunteer to us, such as the types of antiques you collect or particular items you might be looking for.

If you give us permission, we will also use this information to send you periodic email updates or to notify you when the types of antiques you collect become available.

We do not sell the names of our customers. GrandView Mercantile and ReVue do not sell or exchange names, or any other information about you, with third parties. Any information you provide is kept strictly confidential.

If for any reason, however, you wish to be taken off of our e-mail list, please contact us via e-mail at info@grandviewmercantile.com and simply say "remove me from your list."
