About the Artist:
Victor Simonin (1877-1946) was born in Ixelles, Belgium who was a painter of neorealistic landscapes and still life subjects. He studied with master artists at Brussels Academy of Fine Arts, while concurrently studying music at the Brussels Conservatory. He prefered not to exhibit his paintings.
Good condition, distressing to the frame and chipped corners.
