    About the Artist:
    Valerio Adami (1935-)
is an Italian painter, who started painting at age 10 before attending Accademia di Brera in Milan in 1951.  His style transformed over the years from expressionistic, to French cloisonnism, to a unique style distinctly influenced by Pop Art. In the 1970s, Adami began infusing politics and modern European subjects into his art.
