    SOLD Studio wood box by Roger Sloan circa 1970 has a handsome dark wood grain with cross section inlays in the top, as was Sloan’s style. The lid has an undulating surface, demonstrating Sloan’s prowess with the medium. 
    About the Artist:
    Roger Sloan (1920-2009)
    was an acclaimed wood artist who produced whimsical pieces in the 1960s-1970s. He was frequently featured in Fine Woodworking magazine.
