    About the Artist:
    Leo Maranz (1900-1988)

He made his presence known in the industrial field with his invention of the continuous soft ice cream freezer in 1949, and co-founded Tastee-Freez in 1950 with Harry Axene. He also became a visionary of ultra modern art with his colorful, geometric abstract works.
