A still life by late artist Lee Csuri(1927-2019). In line with many paintings from her oeuvre, birds are actively participating with the subject, normally archetypes such as fruit and ordinary table-scapes, providing a personal shift from general still life compositions. Using chartreuse and cool greens as a base, Csuri builds upon the composition using small accents of reds, orange, and warm yellows to define the way in which the viewer's eye travels through the subject. Signed by the artist.
