  • Product description

SOLD This one-of-a-kind early photo with charcoal enhancements of Jack Dempsey was found in an estate in Northern New Mexico, not far from Jack Dempsey’s birthplace of Manassa, Colorado. On the back of the photo is written the name and address of Milton Blanchfield, who must have commissioned the work. Blanchfield may have been a promoter of Dempsey, as it appears he traveled and lived in cities that Dempsey began his career.
