Product description
A lithograph designed by American kinetic sculptor Alexander Calder (1898-1976). The print was published in 1976 edition of Derriere Le Miroir by Galerie Maeght in Paris, France.
Derriere le Miror was a French art magazine created, edited and published by Aime Maeght (1906-1981), who ran the publication from 1946 until his death, with the last edition published posthumously in 1982. The industry frequently refers to this as DLM. The publication began at the end of the second World War when exiled artists were starting to create, free from regime persecution. All prints taken from DLM show a snapshot in time of the 20th century, post-war art scene.
